📜 Terms of Service

Welcome to Konvy Accounts. By using our services, you agree to the following terms:

1Account Purchases

  • All sales are final once the account credentials are delivered
  • Accounts are sold as-is with the items/skins listed at purchase time
  • You are responsible for securing your purchased account immediately

2Video Recording Requirements - IMPORTANT

⚠️ CRITICAL: Recording Must Start BEFORE Purchase

Your screen recording MUST begin BEFORE you click any purchase/confirm button and continue ALL THE WAY until you have fully logged into the account and verified everything. Use a secure recording method (OBS, Windows Game Bar, or similar trusted software).

Required Recording Timeline

Login, Verify & Secure Account
STOP Recording

All steps must be in ONE continuous video - do not stop recording until account is fully secured

For Account Replacements:

  • If you experience any issues with your account, you MUST provide a secure full video recording
  • The video must show the entire login process and the issue encountered
  • Without this video proof, we cannot process replacement requests

For Purchase Validation:

  • If your account is flagged as invalid at time of purchase, you MUST provide video proof
  • Recording must start BEFORE you click 'Confirm Buy' or similar purchase button
  • The video must show the complete purchase flow including the error/issue
  • Continue recording until you have fully verified the account status
  • This protects both you and us from fraudulent claims

Phone recordings may be accepted if they clearly show the entire screen without obstruction

3Refund Policy

  • Refunds are only provided if the account credentials are completely invalid
  • Valid video proof is required for all refund requests (see section 2)
  • Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of purchase
  • No refunds after account credentials have been changed by you

4Account Security

  • Change passwords and enable 2FA immediately after purchase
  • We are not responsible for accounts compromised after delivery
  • Do not share account access with others
  • Keep your purchase confirmation and video recordings secure

5Prohibited Activities

  • Reselling accounts without reseller status is prohibited
  • Attempting to chargeback or dispute valid purchases will result in a ban
  • Fraudulent claims or fake video evidence will result in permanent ban
  • Abusing support tickets or staff will result in service termination

6Service Modifications

  • We reserve the right to modify pricing and services at any time
  • Terms of Service may be updated without prior notice
  • Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms

7Warranty Policy

⚠️ Warranty Eligibility Requirement

Warranty coverage is ONLY available on accounts that have been inactive for 11 or more days at the time of purchase. Accounts with fewer than 11 days of inactivity are NOT eligible for warranty.

  • Only accounts with 11+ days of inactivity qualify for warranty coverage
  • Accounts purchased through our bot service must meet the same 11+ days inactive requirement to be eligible for warranty
  • Accounts with fewer than 11 days of inactivity are sold without warranty and are not eligible for replacements under warranty claims
  • The inactivity period is determined at the time of listing and is displayed on the account details prior to purchase
  • All warranty claims still require valid video proof as outlined in Section 2
