How to Link a Fortnite Account to PS5, Xbox, Switch or Mobile

Fortnite accounts are Epic Games accounts, so the same locker works on every platform. Here's how to connect one to your console or phone.

- Sign in at epicgames.com with the account.
- Open Account, then Apps and Accounts.
- Choose your platform (PlayStation, Xbox or Nintendo) and select Connect.
- Sign in with your console account when prompted and confirm.

Launch Fortnite on your console. If the console account isn't connected to an Epic account yet, Fortnite asks you to sign in with Epic Games — choose that and sign in with the account you bought, or use the activation code shown on screen at epicgames.com/activate.
Mobile and PC
On PC and mobile you simply sign in to Fortnite with the Epic account's email and password — no extra linking needed.
If your console is already linked to another Epic account
A console account can only be connected to one Epic account at a time. Sign in to the old Epic account at epicgames.com and disconnect the console under Apps and Accounts first, then connect it to the new one. Epic may apply a waiting period before an account can be linked again.

Yes. Cosmetics belong to the Epic account, so the whole locker shows up wherever you sign in.
Do V-Bucks carry over between platforms?+
V-Bucks are generally shared across platforms on the same Epic account, though Epic has historically had exceptions for some platforms.
